It was great to have a change of pace for this one. I’ve loved the last two episodes but boy was there a lot of new information to absorb. I don’t have a problem with the length. That’s one of the great things about podcasting..this doesn’t have to be squeezed into a broadcasting schedule between cookery repeats and cricket. The krad smash! thread had me thinking a great deal at the time, and also spawned many different threads.

Really, I could listen you two all day.
Funny that Ricky mentioned “Detour”; I just watched this movie couple times these days because I wanted to use some scene from it in my movie (it’s public domain).
Other then being public, it is one of the darkest film noir I ever saw - “The Postman Always Rings Twice” feels like Disney family movie after watching “Detour”. Great movie and great Ann Savage. http://www.archive.org/details/Detour
(btw, link for Next generation Machinima contest is dead, Phil)

Really full and interesting episode. The rapport between the two of you makes it all the more listenable.

Another good episode guys. I’m really enjoying listening to what feels like a light-hearted private conversation between two friends, which just happens to be about machinima. It makes for very easy listening, whilst remaining informative and interesting.
I think the author of the 3D World machinima piece, by the way, was Roy Spencer.
