I'm just slightly embarrassed that for the first ten minutes, I have a habit of speaking entire paragraphs as a single slur of syllables. It's a national character trait - if you say anything nice about us, we have to spend the next twenty minutes apologising for all our mistakes. Of course, any attempt at modesty is probably ruined by the fact it's now obvious that the first thing we did today was spend an entire hour listening to ourselves talk...
